Kelly Ann Kienzle joined the staff of ATG LegalServe in February 2016 when her company, It's Your Serve (IYS), joined forces with ATG LegalServe. Kelly brings more than twenty years of experience and leadership to her new position.
She founded IYS in 1993 in response to the Chicago legal market's growing frustration with unprofessional and unreliable process serving firms. IYS quickly became recognized throughout the Chicago area as a professional, knowledgeable, and efficient process service agency. Its extensive client list includes many of Chicago's top firms. Kelly's knowledge base, network of business contacts, and experienced staff are great additions to ATG LegalServe. She currently serves as secretary on the board of directors for the Illinois Association of Professional Process Servers and is a licensed private detective.
John Kienzle joined ATG LegalServe in 2016. He previously worked at It’s Your Serve in the capacity as a process server, investigator, and performed legal research for seven years.
At ATG LegalServe, John's primarily focus is on courthouse filings and research. He also leads our skip tracing division. Through his years of experience and knowledge of multiple data bases, John has mastered the skill of locating the most difficult witnesses and defendants.
John is a licensed private detective and is a graduate of Loyola University, Chicago. He is also a member of the Illinois Association of Professional Process Servers and the National Council of Investigation and Security Services.
Kerri Hahn joined the ATG LegalServe team in 2016 after previously working at It’s Your Serve for seven years. At It’s Your Serve Kerri held various positions while learning every aspect of the process service industry. She was promoted within her tenure at It’s Your Serve and held the position of the Supervisor of the Out of State department. When It’s Your Serve was acquired by ATG LegalServe, Kerri’s talent was quickly recognized and promoted to Operations Manager of ATG LegalServe. Kerri directs work flow to meet customer needs and deadlines, maintains open communications with customers to assess their needs and establishes control procedures to monitor the timely flow of all legal documents.
